I like it, although it tingles every now and then.

I love it! I will say that the "chin/rope" can pinch the hair at the back of the head from time to time, but other than that it's very comfortable. The stone is a good weight but not too big and I get compliments on it all the time! I'm not sure if it really reduces stress or not, but it makes me feel better so there must be something to it.

Pros

I get a lot of additions to it, it looks smooth and finished.

Cons

The gemstone pendant on the Nupuyai Healing Stone Necklace may be too large and heavy for some people to wear comfortably. This can cause neck strain or discomfort when worn for a long time.
