All letters are now gray EXCEPT "A ".

The letters aren't even drawn the same way. Apparently the letters are not painted using the same process or finish. After 1 month of installation, the letters "A" remained darker, matte black, but all other letters turned gray. Looks ridiculous. The letters are decent stuff, but come on. Isn't it too much to ask that they agree?
