I was looking for a blue light blocker for my iMac and an external monitor and when I saw how easy it was to install (no need for the adhesive film part and air bubbles), I immediately ordered two. The screens have transparent rubber ribs that you place inside along the top edge and under the front so they don't sit directly on the monitor and damage the screen. It's more convenient to have protection in my shield than remembering to put on my blue goggles. While it may seem expensive, it's worth it because your eyes are protected from long-term damage.
