I give it 5 stars because everyone else loves it. My 42 year old pendant, shiny gold, candelabra had to be removed. I just like a slightly different style but the product is fantastic. The lightbulbs he brought look weird when they're not on. They each have four glowing orange filaments when turned off, which I find odd. I do not deduct stars from product reviews when it comes to preferences. Ratings are not for that. I loved that we had a professional install and they only made 6 lights in 1.5 hours and charged $150. So not our headache. He had no problems. They were adjustable and used on the sloping ceiling of the master bedroom. You look great with the new bedroom barn door theme.
