it's not a touch screen
I contacted support for help. They reacted promptly. They told me to get HDMI to USB-C or USB-A to USB-C, both video cables. None of them worked. The only way to get the screen working was from HDMI to HDMI mini. This will not happen from USB-C to USB-C. I return the screen.
