Mount World helped me get in touch with the manufacturer of this product and although he took several photos and numerous explanations as to why it was a product defect I was in able to claim damages. Although my total damage was not covered as my TV was 2 years old I felt we were treated fairly and respectfully. Thanks to Mount World for helping to resolve this issue. My 55 inch Samsung TV fell on the floor last night while using this mount. No one touched the TV, and luckily no one was near them. generally satisfied. The part that let go is the cable that attaches to the plastic parts on the back of the TV. The parts attached to the wall are screwed to the wood and cannot be detached. This was undoubtedly a fault of the assembly product. Does anyone know how to contact this dealer, I would like to at least speak to him *** ***** ************************** *********************** ****** ********************* ***** * We just used this wall mount for our 55 inch Samsung LED TV. As an alternative to the very expensive Samsung wall mount, we were very satisfied with the quality of this product. Much simpler and nicer than our standard wall mount used earlier. Highly recommended.
