24.99 for 80 markers was a great price considering I paid $22.99 for the Shuttle Art brand for only 60 . It was a replacement item because Revane reimbursed me for the shuttle drawing because some of it dried up. As for the quality of these markers, none of them were dry or out of ink, but they weren't consistent in the way they flow: you get one that has really sharp edges, the next comes out with lots of them. and spreads. I hope one day to find a permanent marker where all the markers in the pack have the same ink flow. One thing I don't understand about these markers is that the little tip that holds the ink comes out, but you can't replace it with another one of the same color. After searching, I found that most permanent markers are designed so that the nib that holds the ink is only about 1 inch long, so the size of the marker is a bit misleading in terms of ink volume. They are reversible but I was shocked to see the size of the pen compared to the size of the marker. As you can see from the picture, the Alchilalart nib is actually smaller than the Shuttle Art nib. I guess I have to keep trying new ones to find the best quality without spending a fortune on one color.
