It Never Worked - Computer Accessories & Peripherals

I don't think the product is to blame but after 21 years of trying and a two year period of success I'm giving up trying to get mine. Piano connected to the PC interface. Are these things so mysterious that nobody knows anything about how they are supposed to work? I can't tell you if it ever works. location
