- Made in China We all know this is not a 'professional' kit. 2 of these tools are illegal in my state. Otherwise it's not a bad set. The thinnest nail files I have ever seen. Is always. They work well although they are all gritty. The 2 metal rods are great, one for ingrown nails and the other for pushing back cuticles. They work very well. A real clipper has a rounded edge, not for toenails (unless you like ingrown toenails). Graters are great when you need them. The edges of the pliers are poorly sharpened. Very inconsistent. However, my main issue was that the spring arm rivet was too tight. I couldn't rotate it to use it. Nail sets in all sorts of combinations and combinations have been flooding Amz from foreign AliBaba dealers in recent months. Check out the prices and tools you need.
