Fantastic Finishing Stone!
This whetstone is a game-changer! Based on our own experience, it's incredibly effective at putting that razor-sharp edge on our knives. The grit is perfect for honing and the nagura stone helps create a polished finish. The only downside is it requires a bit of maintenance in terms of soaking and flattening the stone.
