I'm 5'11, 180 lbs, size 16 and had to use the max fit to wear it. When we first arrived there was a strong smell. After a few hours of airing everything was fine. The fabric has a light pattern and feels very durable and easy to care for. There are two zippered compartments with decent space. It would be great if I walk my dogs. Adjusting the strap is easy enough, but taller people with waists/hips over 37 inches cannot wear it. I don't think it's good for jogging. I have a SPIBELT that doesn't bounce, it bounces when jogging and also takes up more space, which makes it heavier. I love this bum bag and find it useful for walks or day trips.
