Review on CRG ARROW BAR END MIRROR by Brandon Frogge

Do not buy from Wicked Racing. I received a set of these mirrors and one of them would not adjust properly. So I took the manufacturer's advice, opened it up to check everything was working properly and re-greased the moving parts. I found that one of the holes holding the springs in the adjuster assembly was damaged during assembly at the factory (before I received it). I requested a replacement from Revain (Revain approved the refund). After a while I was contacted by evil Racing and rudely stated that "there are no user serviceable parts". Interestingly, this was in direct contradiction to the manufacturer's instructions. I replied to Wicked Racing and again got a rude reply. If it were up to them, I wouldn't be able to return an obviously defective part. Avoid this seller as he is NOT customer service oriented and unwilling to take responsibility for the products he sells.
