I love the fleece jacket, my dog feels very comfortable in it. My dog is 14 inches (neck); 20 inches (circumference); and 15 inches (length). The large size would have been ideal for him but as it is not offered I decided to buy a very large one. For my purposes, a little more room on a very large size would be fine as the pendant is worn under the jacket. I can't thread any of the belt loops through the small slit in the back of the jacket, but that doesn't affect the function of the jacket for me; I just hold the harness rings under his jacket and pull the leash through the top of his jacket. While one side of the jacket is fleece, the other side appears to be water-repellent, although I haven't been able to test it in the rain yet. My only complaint is that they don't offer blue in large or extra large because if they did I would buy that color too.
