Kneepad pockets are so low they ruin jeans. Even if you find a way to move the armor to the top of the bag, you still need to be 6ft for them to work. Your placement just doesn't make sense. There are soft velcro straps inside the jeans, but there is no back panel or mesh pocket on the scorpion armor to adjust the pocket (like Revitt or Klim). Waist is larger than size suggests and measurements are in 2 inch increments so may not fit everyone. Only buy these if you are 6ft tall or taller or don't want to use knee pads. The quality is good but the design is terrible. . In the crotch area it is necessary to make a gusset, since they are very thick and do not stretch. The knee pad pockets are a disaster.
