I bought this shirt to protect my skin when playing soccer in the midday sun as I was on medication that made me sun sensitive. I'm an active gamer, so I needed something that could breathe while blocking the sun's rays. It worked great! I felt pretty cool playing in 70 degree weather and direct sunlight. I even played with the mask cover! And while it's not exactly comfortable, to be honest, it was comparable to wearing a mask and playing football - maybe even better, to be honest. I also wore this backpack and it was perfect for my backpacking 10 miles. The face and head covering is odd but oddly comfortable, especially during COVID. Whenever I approached someone, I put the mask on (which can also be done without a hood). I also pulled the hood and mask over my baseball cap when I needed to go out in the sun and that was great too! Definitely recommend protecting your skin and staying cool during activity.
