I hate using Brillo or SOS steel wool in the kitchen as they only last a few days before falling apart or rusting. Each of them lasts for several weeks and cleans perfectly! I've found similar pads at the grocery store but they don't last as long as this one. I've had no trouble scratching stainless steel pots/pans. By the way, after removing the sticky sticky mass, you still need to wash with a sponge because these pads do not contain soap. They also don't stick together with a sticky mass. so overall it's good! They are a bit smaller than the Brillo pad and I wish they were bigger.
