Review on 🔧 Enhanced Performance Shock Absorber - Old Man Emu 60066 by Jacob Richardson

I put them on the front of my 2013 JKU. I originally installed a 2.5" Auperlift lift kit that replaced the spools, shocks, stabilizer bar extensions and brake line routing. The shocks weren't what I expected, but I wasn't particularly happy or upset about them. I had no intention of replacing them until they were completely out of service. But then last month I ran into a ditch too fast, turned around a bit and completely bent/broke the right side. I was looking at the next pair I "need" now and couldn't understand the sheer volume of overwhelming reviews for OME products. To be honest they ride way better than my super lift shocks, it's almost day and night. And after 500 miles break-in everyone makes their dampers (in the jeep community), in my opinion they ride better than the factory dampers. I didn't have to change or replace anything. They match the original 2.5" lift perfectly. So smooth with no judder. I live in the city of Chicago and there are quite a few speed bumps my JKU can now handle at 30 mph without even feeling a thing. Be don't be shy. Buy them. You won't regret a few bucks more. I plan to buy rear OM EMUs for rear passengers this Christmas as a gift for myself. I don't write many (I think this is my third) product review. But it's definitely worth sharing my story and explaining how good these guys are at making top notch parts for jeep guys thanks again.
