I bought this to move into a new apartment and it works great. It's the perfect height for a cat to jump on and the same height as my end tables if that's what you want. I personally got it as a two in one so I can put cat food on it instead of dog food. There really aren't any cons, but it took my little cat a while to get used to it. She felt like she had no space for a long time, and sometimes even skipped a box. Otherwise it was easy to assemble and exactly as described.
