There are so many good reviews here that I don't want to overload them anymore. Here are my points: 1. If you ride a bike, you know that even a 2 or 3 pound loss of pressure will make the bike MUCH harder to pedal over time. If our car tires are properly inflated, it will increase mileage; everyone agrees.3. As cars are increasingly fitted with run-flat tires, which save weight and space over the spare wheel, they are also fitted with low-pressure warning devices. They occur at the worst possible time, usually during a desert heat wave or a winter snowstorm. With older pumps you had to press the air cartridge against the valve stem. This one doesn't work - you mess it up, turn it on and go.5. This device works with both 12 V DC and 120 V AC. Most other units do not. If you are running on AC power, yes there is a fan to cool the transformer, don't worry.6. It was so much fun I pumped up my wife's tires right away.7. It was so much fun my friend immediately ordered the same one even though he had an old block with no screws.8. I suggest sitting on a stool to soothe your sore knees. No more squatting in toxic crankcase mucosa at a corner gas station, waiting for others to get in front of you, and digging up quarters.
