I had a vent holder. It was compatible with the new iPhone 12max Pro but very heavy due to the extra weight. So I got that. (2 days use) Pros - Holds phone securely and up to "MY" dashes. Actually gives me more preferred placement and display. Cons - getting the phone into a mount is a pain. The phone is the same width as the latches you have to press to charge the phone, making it difficult to place and hold in place. All the screws are on the back, also making it difficult to tighten and adjust. It can be done, but it's NOT user-friendly AT ALL. It looks a lot easier on the video than it really is, especially as I need the phone at an angle when mounted. Again, the extra weight is an issue. I will superglue the necessary dots to prevent possible movement when hitting speed bumps and the like. Wouldn't recommend it to any friend. THIS UPDATE: July 2021 - Summer heat has made (melted/moved) the fins on the handle.
