This is great when it works and doesn’t have any holes. However, the clay beads burn through the fabric so easily (even when I was super careful about not overheating it).I had a heat pad that I microwaved for too long and burned through the fabric (and made holes that other reviewers have also mentioned). I bought a new one from Revain this week, and made sure to microwave under 1 min and 30 seconds (45 seconds of re-heating within 30 minutes), and followed the instructions very carefully. On the 2nd day, the pad melded together in one spot and melted through the fabric again! I’ll try to sew up the holes and try to use it until it melts again.The first one I had for three years didn’t break this easily. I’m not sure if the quality or formula changed. I am disappointed and won’t be purchasing this brand again.
