I've read some comments that the glasses weigh less than 14 ounces. I pulled out my measuring cup and they hold 14 ounces with about 1/2 inch of headroom. They're shorter than my other goggles so I measured them, they hold 14 ounces and less headroom, it's all about the shape of the lens. I've washed them in the dishwasher several times with no problems. The frame doesn't have a thick rim like other glasses, which makes them more elegant. Everyone loves tinted glass and how it feels in the hand. I am ordering 2 more sets to give away my old glasses.
