To be honest the price is much higher than what you get. It's decent quality, but is it really worth 165? I have footpegs that are amazing for the same price. They should be a maximum of $60-$80. There were no assembly instructions included. I had to look at the pictures on the product page and find out. There is no tool, although it is only a hex key (hex wrench) and a regular wrench for nuts. I have my own tools so that's not a problem for me. However, not providing it is a bit strange. Even Ikea makes these. In general everything is fine. Bought some belts for him. Works as advertised. It rattles a bit even when tightened and secured (not from items strapped to it, I put cushions in to see if it was or not). I personally don't think it should be $165.
