I have reduced sensation in some of my fingers and in the carpal tunnel on both hands. An operation on my left hand a year ago (11/16) didn't help, probably because of diabetes. I couldn't trim my nails properly until I got this nail clipper. I can really hold it in my whole hand and trim my nails like never before with those tiny hair clippers we've all used. The little scissors kept slipping out of my fingers. If there were 10 stars I would give this wonderful product 10 stars. Still good after almost a year of use. Definitely I would recommend this product to everyone. Make sure the cutting part of the clippers is positioned correctly before squeezing it, otherwise it will cut the skin. The rotation function is used perfectly correctly. A little pressure on the handles (just lightly) keeps it from rotating so you can place it on the nail you want to trim. This is for fingernails, not thick toenails. IF YOU CUT YOUR NAILS, YOU WILL GET YOUR NAILS. NAIL BOOKERS ARE HEAVY. UPDATE: THE CLEAN HANDLE BROKEN AFTER TWO YEARS. NOW I TRY ADJUSTMENT WITH A METAL HANDLE.
