Absolutely perfect! We have a 6 pound long haired Chihuahua who is a few months old. This collar and rental was perfect! We got him a leather one when we first adopted him as a pup and he only lasted a few months. He was also too big for his small body. This is great as the rental and collar are sized to match the size of the dog and can grow with the dog if needed. Also, it has a piece that holds the collar in place after adjustment, so you don't have to worry about it breaking. We brought an extra small one in black and it was worth every penny. This even fits a teacup dog or puppies up to 1 lb and probably up to 12 lbs. True to size, well worth buying for new or old additions to the fur family.
