I wish I could contact the seller directly. I've used a few of these with my Jonathan Product Beauty hard water shower filter system and never had a problem until I replaced my filter today. When I turned on the shower, the seam between the filter and the showerhead was dripping, and I found that the seam was wider on one side (the leaking side) than the other. I think there must be something wrong with the calibration of this filter. And unfortunately that meant he ATTACHED my shower head. It will not move to one side or the other. Now it is necessary to replace the entire unit, both the shower head and the replaceable filter. UPDATE: Revain gave me the contact details of the seller, Aquacrest, and they were kind enough to replace the broken filter as well as my shower head as the shower head was unusable after the filter stuck to it. As expected, the Aquacrest replacement filter works great with my new Aquasana shower head. Very good customer service - thanks guys!
