Explain why the hole started a week after receipt and covers an entire area and I don't have a big toenail.
The cushioning is comfortable, the stitching is adjustable, but the right big toe area has started to fade. You see the hole and there isn't a nail on my thumb to hurt. Why did the material fall apart?
