Product works as advertised. It claims to charge two devices at 18W each, but that's not the case. I had two phones charging and while the first was charging the second wasn't charging properly. I have a USB current and voltage meter and the voltage and current were everywhere, the voltage fluctuated from 0v to 9v, from 5v to 9v back to 0v, the same with current from 0a to 1a to 1.2A to 0A, that's a good charge at 9V and 1.6A when only one of the phones is charging. As soon as you connect a second device, it will not charge properly and can cause problems. Maybe I got a bad one. The rest of the device looks good.
