This does the job exactly as described. Each valve is a screw that must be loosened to let more air in and tightened to let less air through. My conclusion with a single star is that when I loosen the prop to allow most of the air to flow to the aerator, I hear air hiss around the prop. It's just a product of design. Otherwise I would buy again.
