While these LEDs are definitely better than the H-7 halogens I removed from my BMW K1600 GTL-E, they aren't as "superb" as I thought they would be. be d The installation was a bit fiddly. Mainly because the fans on the back of the new bulbs make it difficult to reattach the spring clip that holds the H-7 bulb. There is very little room to put your fingers in and around the fans to attach these spring clips. So I developed a tool to do this for me. I contacted HIKARI twice to ask for advice on final installation location and twice they were unwilling to answer my specific questions. They constantly dodged the "removing the base" and provided the video as well. Well the video had nothing to do with the actual LEDs I bought from them. The bases will NOT detach from them. I pulled and pulled but I thought I was going to break something so I gave up. Anyway, I don't know if I can recommend them or not. I put them high beam on a 2015 BMW K1600 GTL-E and again they are better than stock but not what I expected.
