Shipped quickly. Received by UPS within 2 days. The hair is beautifully soft. Although it wasn't 22 inches, it was still very long. If you have thick hair (like me) this is ALMOST enough. I am considering ordering later. worth your money. UPDATE: 11/26/2013 I've been wearing them every day since I got them. I washed them once, curled them once. I conditioned them intensively and used macadamia oil. The hair is dull with no shine. My real hair is much softer than this hair. Extensions are similar to Hay. The ends are uneven and now it's noticeable when I wear them a little. I really liked these at first. They're not the worst, but take my advice, save your money and buy something better.
