CONS: Allyn screw heads are easy to remove and while there should have been pre-drilled holes, one was missing and I had to get the right size drill bit and drill through to insert the screw. One screw had to be partially left as the slot for the Allyn screw had ripped out and I couldn't get the screw all the way out or replace it. Later I drill out the head, take everything apart and remove the rest of the screw, drill a bigger hole and put in a new screw. Also the bottom shelf of one of the two broke the wooden shelf when the screw on 3 of the 4 screws was almost tight. It wobbles until I disassemble, glue, clamp and drill holes. Using Allyn screws is a big mistake. They come off too easily. Torx screws would be a good deal. If I had to do it all over again I would not use the screws that came with it at all and would buy T-25 Torx pan head screws. Also, the knobs covering the screws are designed to be tapped. Keep falling. If I hit them harder, they split the tree. Plan to glue them. Also, the bottom of the drawer is only about 1/8 inch thick, it will soon sag if a weight is placed in the drawer. PROS: The packaging was almost bulletproof. Good insulation with foam between all parts. Nice finish even though it's just veneer. The side walls of the boxes are made of chipboard or OSB boards. The table top and shelves looked and sounded like solid wood. The price was good. I have collected tons of this material to prepare houses. I didn't cut the screws. They're just a poor choice for the value they offer. Although they look a lot better than the price suggests. For a bedside table that I plan to use for years I would use something else. I think they are ok for the staging and I would buy them again with spare screws AMAZON REVIEW: These people are great One call and I was completely satisfied with their correction.
