Review on MEIBOW Inverter Converter Charger Adapter by Shaun Robinson

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Compact, quiet and works very well, nice to have USB ports

*Good: - Works as it should - USB ports and normal 110v supply as advertised Electricity. The car plug adapter makes it easy to connect to any "standard" 12V cigarette lighter. The size is quite small and compact - Convenient switch to turn off without shutting down - An indicator light lets you know if it's on or off - When the fan is running, you can hear it, but it's not that loud. Depending on the volume of the surrounding noise, you might not notice it at all. The bad: - I haven't encountered any problems with this inverter yet. Conclusion: I am very satisfied with this compact inverter and it works perfectly. beautiful. I mainly use it to run the lights in a small shed in the yard where there is no electricity. I connected this inverter to a very small (8Ah) 12V lithium battery and can then connect LED lighting for use in the barn. The battery lasts a long time and I get very bright light in. One note: one review mentions that this is indeed a 150w inverter as the 'fine print' mentions that to use more than 150w you have to connect it directly to the battery. This has nothing to do with the inverter, it has to do with the fact that if you use it on your car's 12V outlet, you'll blow the car's fuse if you try to get 300 watts out of the inverter (simple Math is 300 watts from the power at 12v is 25 amps and the fuse on your car's 12 volt outlet is probably 15 amps.) So that doesn't mean the inverter can only produce 150 watts, it means you have a POWER SUPPLY need that can supply the inverter with 25 amp output. 300W from the inverter. NO inverter you buy will bypass the fuse limit on your 12V socket in your car, even if it is rated for a 1000W inverter.
