I took this mouse to replace the g602, which worked for about 2 years. But this one had the same problem with the wheel (encoder), like most of the logitech mice that bought this and other models with this encoder. In theory, the manufacturer should have withdrawn this batch from retail, but the buyer should continue to play this lottery. I tried all the methods, but nothing helped. After reading reviews about logitech's exceptional warranty, they say they send a new one to replace the old one, that you have a new one almost 3 days later, I thought that this would smooth out my negative impressions of using this mouse and decided to contact logitech through the website, for support. At the same time, I chose the mouse based on these reviews, since the problem was known and if anything, as I thought, they would quickly replace me. I didn't get anything through the site. After I filled in all the necessary data, the letter from the site was simply not sent, which already leads to certain thoughts. I called Logitech support, they sent it to the seller. Well, then everything is standard, - "we will send it to the service center for verification, and you poke your finger into the monitor because, according to the law, this can take 45 days." By the way, I ran through the reviews and noticed that the representative mostly answers positive reviews with standard text, negative ones remain unanswered. I have always been a fan of the products of this company, despite some shortcomings in the products, I believed that there is no other similar product on the market. Time passes and other manufacturers enter the market, and given the unacceptable quality of some of the latest models, you can look at other manufacturers. The mouse was exchanged from the seller within three days.
