The threaded inserts molded into the back of the chair have so much play that you have to use half the length of the screws provided to insert them. They also sent an Allen wrench, which is a bit smaller, and trying to force the bolts through the extra plastic in the threads made it almost impossible not to rip the heads off, even with a properly timed punch. After struggling through the worst threaded inserts in the world I set about assembling the underside of the chair, the threaded inserts were designed for the armrests before the plastic had shrunk in the molding process, so they were far from all the screws in one Entered at an angle this resulted in 2 inserts popping out of the wood on the underside of the seat making the underside impossible to repair or reassemble. To be honest this is the worst computer chair I have ever assembled and their quality is sub-par at best. I don't normally mind cheap plastic Chinese made items but the tolerances and lack of quality assurance are terrible and I wish returning this item wasn't such a problem as I'd probably just throw it away instead.
