I first ordered a pair for £40. Warning! If you have a blank or ARE fiber optic case, DO NOT order a 40lb pair. You don't lift or hold your top. You will need a 120 lb pair. I contacted the seller and received great customer service from Lisa who helped me figure out what I needed. Did a lot of research before buying a £40 pair but not much information. The 120 lb set lifts as soon as I twist the handle, lifts it straight up and holds it as it's supposed to. Thank you for processing my order correctly and I highly recommend purchasing this product.
