We just remodeled our cabinets and didn't want our new hardware to hit our cabinets since we painted them white so I bought them. Unfortunately they are too limited and the doors don't open enough. The actual design and the product itself are awesome and a great idea. It's also easy to install, but it didn't work for me. After trying, I came up with the idea of using small magnets since the clips are made of metal. This piece was 5mm deep so I bought a pack of 6mm x 3mm magnets which worked surprisingly well! It's also easy to install and will work regardless of your mount, as long as it's metal. Same process, bracket removed, magnet inserted in the gap and everything worked perfectly. I was even able to place a magnet in some cabinets without removing the hardware. I have attached photos of what I did. So if you're looking for a solution because they don't fit, or don't open enough, or maybe still too much, try small magnets. 3mm basically gave me just 90 degrees which you will see in the photos. The more closed door was this product, the more open door but still not touching the cabinets was a magnet.
