Battery door difficult to open and fragile
I had a hard time figuring out how to open the battery door. It turns out there's a tiny screw that's pretty hard to see that needs to be removed to open the landing door. When I finally opened it, the plastic latch on the battery cover broke the first time I opened it. Fortunately, there is still enough space in the lid for the batteries. The mirror is attractive with a rose gold finish (the main reason I bought it). Others have complained about the lack of battery life, but since I bought this for a guest bathroom I figured it wouldn't be too much of a factor.
