The pins were misplaced, rendering all connection cables unusable.
One of the pins was misplaced in the socket of the plug, it was misplaced and placed over the hole where it should be rendering it unusable because the pin is in the wrong place. I had to buy another one to fix this stupid bug. Unacceptable to know that the only job of selling cables is to make sure they work properly and the cable I have can't even do that.
