After 60 days the printer can't recognize

Everything seemed fine for the first 60 days but this morning the printer says it can't identify one of the cartridges. All cartridges are almost full and have been printing normally for the last 60 days. I've already exceeded the return deadline and I'm stuck. Last time I bought remanufactured cartridges not worth the initial savings if they fail.
