Update December 2020 My ConBee II failed due to faulty hardware about a year before the day I bought it. I eventually discovered that the error was that this device was registered as connected to the USB host... and then immediately registered as disconnected! This cycle repeats itself forever and I can't use it! Normally it wouldn't matter much and I only guaranteed the unit as it comes with a 24 month guarantee/warranty as stated on their website; However, you are ignoring my question about how to actually replace or repair my ConBee II. I've tried sending emails and social media messages but they still won't even acknowledge me. When my adapter was still working it was great but pray you never need assistance because by that point they have already taken your money and left you until you even realize something is wrong. First Review: Dresden Elektronik's ConBee II is a great USB to Zigbee adapter; I am currently using it along with deCONZ and Home Assistant on my Raspberry Pi 3B for home automation applications.
