Works on my dog ladder
I use two spacers in opposite corners on each of the two sets of dog ladders. I attached the textured side to the bottom of the stairs and the smooth side to the floor. Otherwise it won't stick. One pad has lost some of its angle but still works well. They fill up with dust and dog hair as I move them around, but a good hand wash and dry will make them tacky again. I am appalled that a company is trying to pay people to remove their bad reviews. I paid for this product based on the reviews and if I had read it then I would not have bought it. However, the truth is they have been doing exactly what I need for the past few months.
