Review on Aain AA041 Creeper Storage Mechanics by Derek Dolla

I chose this crawl seat because it looked good to work with my car's brakes and such. Several things about him struck me immediately. 1) It's made of steel. 2) Assembly was easy! less than 10 minutes accurate. 3) This is a very durable seat. This is indeed a very durable creeper seat. Since it's steel I was able to attach some extra magnetic tool strips I had and they stick like super glue! The drawers are smooth and slide well. I cut the lining from the roll I had and put it inside. They are deep enough for sockets, wrenches, screwdrivers and more. I'm 6ft 3in and about 230lbs. Sitting on the seat on my concrete road, I could easily roll in any direction I wanted without the wheels getting stuck in the wrong direction. While the rear seat handle doesn't add to the comfort, it rolls out of the way very easily when not needed (maybe that's its purpose, I don't know). I should also mention that the seat does raise. Storage room. It's about 4 inches deep so I was able to throw in my gloves and an air ratchet with impact pack bushings when I was done. Basically I filled this space with all the hand tools I use in my cars. It turns out to be the perfect place to hide my air compressors from my sons! To be honest I'm pretty impressed. I've seen a few branded seats for MUCH more money and I'm glad I didn't spend them. Finally, in case you're wondering, I didn't get it for free to rate. I paid the full $95 plus tax. If Revain is REALLY willing to give me some free scrap to evaluate, I could use a nice set of Colbalt drill bits! ;-) I'll even thank the salesman (Aain?) for standing at my door most of the night, so thanks for that. YES SIR. I wholeheartedly recommend this seat if you don't want to drop a few hundred on a Mac or Craftsman, which are also made in China these days.
