Bought these to make it easier to get around rough terrain with our two cats. Having never traveled with cats before, I wasn't sure what facility they would need. They are made of thin paper and appear to be glued together. Out of the ten I ordered, one fell apart before I unpacked it. Our cats are not used to closed boxes and have used them very well. I installed a new one every night and threw it all away in the morning. Since they are very light I left flat cardboard underneath. Overall a great solution for travel and temperature and I'll be using it again for our next step.
