They don't work very well
Well I bought them for snowboarding but I couldn't find gloves on them (I have very short fingers). So I use them for roller skating. They are very comfortable, but unfortunately I broke my scaphoid (the small bone under my thumb) the first time I fell on them. They may have saved me from a serious fracture, but my forearm and wrist are partially in a cast and I'll live with only one hand for months π’It's like you have a job.
