Arrived on time, packaging was so-so, but not broken. Staples are a bit tricky to load, but there are plenty of them. The instrument itself makes a good impression. The side cutters in the kit work well, well because the staples are stiff (which is a good thing) making the ends difficult to trim. Don't expect repairs to be invisible, but functionality can be achieved. Great tool for repairing broken plastic items. In the past I would have saved $$$ so many times. If you're the DIY type, you'll want one of these.
