Works very well. The only thing is you need to wash within 5 minutes after use. So I use an Oxiclean stick right after the stain appears and then spray before washing and the stain comes out every time! I ran out and just used an Oxiclean stick which didn't work either. It didn't work without the Oxiclean pen, even if the stain was in there for a long time. If you plan to wash right away, it works great on its own! We have bad spots in the house due to a newborn and a male who makes a living outside, so we definitely put him through some tests!
