The product was great, but since they roll up the keyboard pad tightly, a lot of wrinkles or lines appear on the surface of the gel. They should send the product in a straight box and not damage the product by rolling it in a small square box. Some might call it a cosmetic, but I think it's more the way your pillow fits your wrist. You can't fix it and the wrinkles will never go away. The new product must not be damaged in any way by the manufacturer just to save on shipping costs.
