In less than a month of use, it changed to a new purpose. We use a bamboo brush (from Ruhlman) to clean our carbon steel pans. In just a few weeks in that cart, the bamboo brush was covered in black mold and had to be thrown away. I hate thinking about what would happen to the sponge. There are simply no ventilation holes on the sides and therefore it does not dry out as quickly. On the plus side the trolley looks good, is easy to clean and I love that it has a drain tank underneath to collect water. The removable divider is a nice touch. We can leave it for dishwashing brushes (head up), but we're not going to use it for anything that needs air to circulate along the bottom.
