I have an HP 5514 that these cartridges are supposed to be compatible with. However, the ink was so light that it was almost impossible to see what was printed on the paper. I contacted the seller who immediately sent me a new set to try. I had the same problem so they gave me my money back. I bought HP brand inks and now my printer won't print at all. There is next to nothing on the page. My printer is now also constantly losing wireless connection with my devices (which is a new problem after using these cartridges). I've followed all the troubleshooting steps recommended by the seller and now HP, but my printer still won't print, even with HP inks. Customer service is fantastic but be aware that these cartridges can overwhelm your system.
